You can disable the boxes by unchecking the via the settings. But the area won't be used for the ticket lists. To achieve this you have to modify the templates and css. This is sth. I don't recommend.

Yes i know.. but i have to use it for an infoscreen, then i need to remove sidebar so it show ticket list in full screen size..

Please drop me a line at info - at - perl-services.de. I've done this for a customer recently. I just need to create add on from this. It works with an output filter and every user can set in the preferences whether the sidebar should be hidden or not...
