Open new ticket from configuration item screen

Hello,

Can anyone help me with a question? I would open a ticket from the screen of a configuration item, my inventory points to the link of the IC and would like a button to open the ticket already associated with IC.

I associated all links of ICs with a QRCode, when reading this QRCode opens in tablet IC so I would have a button to open a call already associated with IC.
