Hi all
We are facing a problem with getting the list of customers in OTRS because is empty. The customer information comes from an view of an external database and only the login and the password is stored in the OTRS database. We first noticed that in the "Customer User Management" were empty but didn't give the importance until we were testing with the search with CSV output. That problem does not occur when we see the ticket detail (can see other information other than the login).
Is this normal? Do we have to replicate the whole important information of the external database?

it's probably normal. Your customer data is pulled read only from a source you know about in the criteria you configure. It seems reasonable that the data is directly exportable from the source.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
