Hello,
I want to change some things in your dashboard, first that every officer has a look the same whether belonging to the admin group (for example collonne set homepage, which elements are abilitiati or not, etc) it is possible?

I tweaked the Frontend :: Agent :: Ticket :: MenuModule but do not take the settings that I have defined.

Also, I wanted to change the navigation bar (the one that contains the Dashboard
Tickets Reports Admin) making sure that there is no curtain, but the settings are aligned, and possibly add a card that allows me to see all open and closed tickets.
