i configure services and i choose them in free fields in miscellaneus. Is there a solution to choose it when i answering to the ticket an closing it?

ok, maybe I was unclear there - i want to add service field when i'm answering and closing the ticket maybe above next ticket state. The service field is only in "Miscellaneous" in free fields or in "Close". How i can create it in "Reply"
I'm adding dynamics fields in Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewCompose but it doesn't work

ok, i've done it. I had to create dynamic fields in Admin named Services and add to Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewCompose that field
