Multible keyword search in GenericAgent

Is it possible to search with multiple keywords in GenericAgent. For example in Ticket Filter for CutomerID i want search for multiple cutomer ID's

We tried this earlier.

Is it possible to search with multiple words in generic agent. Can we use "space" "Comma" or "Pipe" for search ticket
