Agent with Read and Close permissions only

Hello

Does anyone know if it's possible to set ticket Read and Close permissions only, for a given Agent on a given queue?

yes. The answer to your question is "yes, anyone knows"

You can use ACL to get ro and close permission only

Go to sysconfig (i cant remember exactly which part, pls use search function), you can add new permission 'close'.

Add it just before 'rw' , you should be good.

Be note, by default permission to close already set to 'close' in Ticket-Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewClose (OTRS 5)
