Hi to everyone!
I would like to know if it is bug for OTRS 5 whenever I filtered CustomerID in dashboard?
especially in open tickets dashlet, whenever I use CustomerID to filter out customers the dashboard itself got error and I can't now retrieve their account I still need to create their new account to have their new dashboard.
Is it bug or i just need to fix something in sysconfig?
