I'm using OTRS 5 and one of our queues receives HTML email from a web form with tables. When printing the HTML is no longer shown. Is there a way to print the HTML tables in the PDF?

There used to be an option to turn off PDF printing. Was that option removed in OTRS5?

yes, also this one would not have printed the HTML content.
