Good morning,
I'm using otrs 3.1.8 on a SuSE server with db mysql 5.0.26 and I'm facing this issue since yesterday.
Some tickets created via POP3 are showed into the dashboard, but cannot be opened in detail view.
This tickets have attachments (I've checked that are under the maximum value set) and are 'regular' tickets that until yesterday were regularly created into otrs and didn't have any problem.
We haven't changed anything into otrs since may months, so I don't understand what could be the problem. Do you have any suggestion or you know how to solve it?

check the logs. Something changed in your system.

Hello,
nothing strange on the logs on the admin console. The space available on disk is 22%, I think is enough.

Problem solved, was a ldap loop issue.
