After Upgrade to OTRS 5.0.13 can't reply E-Mail bigger than 300KB

Hi,

I updated OTRS 4.0.11 to 5.0.13 and the upgrade went well without errors.

My issue is:
If I create a “New Mail Ticket” with 5 MB size (with or without attachment) no error, it works.
If I replay some Ticket and the replied E-Mail is bigger than about 300 KB (with or without attachment) I have this error:

What I know:
If I install fresh OTRS 5.0.13 (same OS) it is no issue, everything works (whit smtp and smtpTLS) .
If I Upgrade from 4.0.11 to 5.0.13, Ticket reply works with E-Mail size up to 300 KB. No issue.
If I am using (smtp) everything works fine.
It is no E-Mail server issue, because “Create Mail Ticket” works with (smtpTLS) on our mail server.
I tried Gmail too, the same issue.
My OS is Ubuntu Server 16.04.1 Up-to-date.

I'm really tired of looking and searching, has someone maybe an idea please.

After 20 hours of recherche and debugging I have given it up.
It looks like Issue with Ubuntu 16.04 and 16.10.

My workaround:
I have migrated my system to Fedora 24 and everything works fine.
