Been running OTRS for a few years now.
No issues until yesterday.
CMDB has stopped working. When trying to add a new Ci or update an existing CI nothing happens, the page stays teh same.
No error message on screen.
We've checked apache log, mysql log nothing found.
To attempt to get round the issue we've pulled forward a migration to a new server, Centos7 , installed otrs, all OK. imported the DB, issue reappears.
has anyone seen this before, and have any idea how to resolve it?
OTRS 4.0.13, ubuntu (and Centos7)

Re: CMDB issues
I guess you're using an Chrome 54.x. If yes, there is another thread on this topic and afaik a bug report is also filed.
If Chrome 54.x is a match downgrade to < 54 or use another browser.
