i am having an issue with OTRS 5. i think after i had to change the password for the mailbox from which the OTRS is fetching emails i started receiving the same corrupt ticket every day at midnight.
It does not have a subject (even if the original mail had one, the original ticket was closed correctly as far as i know). i created a rule which should autoclose the ticket right away. it worked for a day or two but then a colleague started receiving it in his queue a totally different one from the default one.
when i checked the syslog i had some errors but i think i got rid of them because no new errors are coming through so i will have to wait if there is something at midnight again.
can somebody advise what i should try to check or what more information do you need me to provide in order to be able to point me to a right direction ?
