Hi all,
first of all i'd like to thank all the guy helped me in these days in fixing errors. I really appreciate this forum and the time spending to help other people.
So, i have anoter question: in our company every manager should have visibility about all the tickets opened by people belonging to that unit. Is there a way to achieve this?

When the manager has the same CustomerID as the members of the unit, the manager can see all the tickets in the customer frontend... Or with a search profile in the agent frontend...

i use active diretory as backend so i have no customer ID ( i think). Now when i login with my account i'm able to see only my tickets and not my collegue's ones...
