OTRS has survey?

Hello,

I'm wondering if OTRS has a survey for the closed tickets

I was thinking to add the survey link to the close notification but I need to match the survey to the ticket number

any ideas?

just install survey module vie package manager

I don't have an online repository.
Is there a place I can download it? So I can upload it in package manager like KIX4OTRS for example.

Hey,

just select "OTRS Free Features" and press "Update repository information" in your package manager.

Or download it from the OTRS page.
