MailAccountFetch - Timeout of 600 seconds reached, killing child process!

I get some mail each day saying: OTRS Scheduler Daemon Cron: MailAccountFetch. Error: Timeout of 600 seconds reached, killing child process! I can`t figure out the reason and how can I stop them. Any ideas/tips anyone?

Hi,

timout means it runs too long. Usually the network (or target server) is not reachable or it is slow.

Check your connection settings I would recommend.
