Show dynamic field in Ticket Zoom Area

Hi,

i need to divide ticket body in three fields: Description, Request, Analysis.
I created two Text Area dynamic Field, in addition to the default text area.

When customers write tickets, insert the request and the analysis in additional text areas. I enabled this two fields in sidebar of ticket zoom area (Ticket Informations) of the Agent Interface, but are very small. If the dynamic field is a simple number or single word, the sidebar is perfect, but is too small for a text area fields (more than 500 characters).

How can i show this two text area fields in the central section of the screen? For example, under the Article Overview or ticket body section.

Hi,

the ticket info on the right is the correct place to display the fields.
You can use process widget, what gives you a little better overview.

Or (this is what I would do)
if someone creates a ticket, generic agent adds a note with the dynamic_field_name_value

And then you have it in the article.

Displaying it somewhere else, would require code changes.
