Folks,
I need to open more than 100 active directory user lock tickets every week.
Is there any way, script or automation so that I can open multiple tickets by just changing the ticket body for user information that I have in a .txt file?

Hi,
Use a script to create one e-mail for each ticket or try the GenericInterface to automate ticket creation.
