Hello,
Recently we updated from OTRS 4 to OTRS 6. Other departments on my work use Exchange mail to open new e-mail and send them to OTRS. I have configured OTRS using POP3TLS in order to receive e-mails. Also a queue is configured with all the members of our IT Department.
The problem is that we receive e-mails but the queue (where all the IT guys are members) can't deliver them back to exchange server.
Another problem is: when i send an e-mail from exchange to otrs address, OTRS send back the e-mail to me only and not to other members of queue.
SendMail Module is SMTPTLS (Port: 587).
Since it's a new version i know i have to use Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task###MailAccountFetch and not the fetchmail. I have attached also some screenshots with config details.
I am newbie to OTRS and want to establish a good ticket management system here at my company so any help is appreciate.

From what I understood here, you have an issue with sending email out? With that expectation:
1. Do check the setting at Admin > System Configuration > Core → Email.
2. Try to send an email from otrs (compose) and check Communication Log. There , you can find what actually happen to the mail processing (error, successful).
3. OTRS Daemon must be running in order for OTRS to send an email
