I'm having trouble with notification emails stuck in the queue.
In my homologation environment, I deleted all messages that were in the queue and the sending of new messages was normalized.
However, in my production environment, the client does not authorize the deletion of messages.
Is there a way to move them (around 10 thousand messages) to a folder inside the server and then transfer them back to the message queue folder so that they are sent in batch, for example?
Where would these messages in the queue be physically?
