Error while trying to update packages

Hi,

Today i tried to update from OTRS 6.0.26 to Znuny 6.0.32. I am getting this error while trying to update the packages

Here is the error when i login to the GUI and click on Package Manager

using znuny requires the znuny repo because ftp.otrs.org is down

Please let me know how to add this repository?

One thing i saw was if i click on Re-install, it took some time but re-installed.

Is this the only way?

Also when i click on Package Manager, it takes a couple of mins to open. I guess, it is trying to search for ftp.otrs.org.

Is it possible to change it to znuny repository?

If so, please let me know the steps.

If you experience any issues with accessing the online repository for the Freebies: the server / dns entry for ftp.otrs.org is gone.

You can replace the system configuration Package::RepositoryRoot with the value https://download.znuny.org/releases/mis ... sitory.xml.

For ITSM replace the URL in the SysConfig Package::RepositoryList with (whatever applies to you system)

- https://download.znuny.org/releases/itsm/packages6/
- https://download.znuny.org/releases/itsm/bundle6/
- https://download.znuny.org/releases/itsm/packages5/
- https://download.znuny.org/releases/itsm/bundle5/


This will be the default setting with the upcoming version 6.0.33 of Znuny and covers updates of the known add-ons and ITSM add-ons.
