OTRS Scheduler Daemon Cron: RegistrationUpdateSend??

I upgraded from 6.0.34 to 6.1.2 and now I am constantly receiving the following error: (What should I do?)

I ran the following:

su - otrs -s /bin/bash

bin/otrs.Console.pl Dev::Code::CPANUpdate --mode stable

It performed two tasks - a CA task and another successfully. I restarted the appliance and I still receive the notification every 5hrs.

Perhaps waiting for another 6.1.x users

no worries, its not a huge deal - but clearly there is something that was added or removed in this release that is looking to do something it can't. lol

I have no idea what you just said?

When I go into Admin --> SysConfig --> Searching up CloudServices brings me to these sections:



When I search for CloudServiceProxyURL, nothing within the search returns




So I am not sure why CloudServices is attempting to reach a particular host...

Is there no solution to this issue? No one else update to 6.1.2 on CentOS?

Edit: I see a 6.2.1-02 has been dropped on 10/28. I'll try updating to that and test.

You can try this but I was not able to reproduce your error. Let me know how it works with 6.2.1, there already another solution possible to fix this.

Updating didnt help. I still receive this every 5 minutes:

Add this line to your Kernel/Config.pm

delete $Self->{'Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task'}->{'RegistrationUpdateSend'};

This job should be activated and you're gonna remove it with the line above.

I added the line, do I need to bounce the appliance for it to take affect? And what is this job doing - seems to be new, as I never received this error before?

It's a cloud service from OTRS Group times. It used to call 'https://cloud.otrs.com/otrs/public.pl' and is now calling 'https://addons.znuny.com/api/otrs_cloud_service/'.

Your last images are not online anymore, but it seems like your configuration is incomplete. Did you execute the migration script?

You should also execute "bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild --cleanup" as the otrs user.

I added the script to my Config.pm (and restarted the appliance) --> I then ran the maintenance script you mentioned above (and restarted the appliance). I will let you know if I continue to receive the message.

I never backed up my images to the cloud (if that is what the service did). So I do not believe I am missing any configuration(s) here.
