Delete tickets - error

Hi,

I am trying to delete all tickets using a generic agent with a job named "Delete Junk Tickets".
Every time I try to run the job I get the following error:
Attention: Can't run GenericAgent Job 'delete tasks' because no search attributes are used!.

I have information that there is 52 entries to delete:

Number of entries selected 52. What do you want to do?
Note: The DELETE option has been used. All deleted entries will be lost!

How do I add search attributes ?

Make sure the one of the value in 'Select Tickets' tab is filled or selected.

Perhaps Queue = Junk ?
