Hello,
I'm migrating from OTRS 5.0.11 to Znuny 6.3
All went well but the old tickets that have been migrated have HTML tags. In the old OTRS 5.0.11 version that I have the tickets are formatted using these tags. In the new Znuny 6.3 install the HTML tags are used and tickets / body are shown as normal text.
Is there a way so that HTML is used in showing the tickets?

Hi,
This sounds to me like you use ArticleSTorageFS and have to forget to copy the article/attachments. Does your 5.0.11 had content in var/articles/?
