I'm from Italy, first of all sorry for my English.
I use OTRS at the company I work for in a group of 7/8 agents. I would need to extract the login and logout data of the agents from OTRS, to certify the presence at work in smartworking. I suppose there is the possibility to extract this information from the DB, probabily by means of an SQL query. Unfortunately I'm not very good at SQL and I don't know the structure of the database.
Can someone help me? Any help would be very appreciated.
