I am trying to set up Znuny on an Ubuntu machine and I would like to add SMTP sending for mails.
When running the installer, Znuny does not find a network connection during the Mail configuration. Network is working on the machine.
I restarted apache2 and deleted the cache. The connection is Wifi - migjt this cause issues?

The WiFi is probably not the issue. Do you get an error message? Have you checked the log files?

thank you for your quick response.
Indeed, the wireless was not the issue. After restarting everything including apache2 and mariadb and deleting the cache the network was detected.
