hello All,
We have replicated a working OTRS instance having version 6.0.24. We are able to connect however, the system configuration settings are not getting saved. They are getting reversed. We have tried to rebuild config, sync config, delete cache, set permissions; however, it has not helped. Can someone help who has had faced such issues and how they have resolved please?
