Hey All,
I was hoping for some configuration guidance.
We would like to have the customer front-end with tabs for each department, and then have a drop down under each tab that would lead to the ticket template for the request type which then kicks off the workflow to generate the tickets and emails etc.
Am I thinking of this in the wrong way?
We currently have our Tech Support submission under a tab, and the options as part of that drop down.
But we can't seem to figure out how to have a separate drop down for Public Policy (or legal/ Media, etc)

Any help or breadcrumbs would be greatly appreciated.

In 7 it seems the Submenu type is currently not working. I've reported this internally.
