Hi, We are experiencing an issue with the search feature in OTRS 6.0.15. Currently, the system only allows searching if the entire ticket number is entered exactly. However, if a partial ticket number, a keyword or phrase is entered, the search will not return any results.
We are trying to determine the cause and find out if anyone made any changes before this error occurred. Is there a way to fix this issue? Thanks.

To resolve the issue, please add an asterisk (*) at the end of your search query.
Example:
Instead of 20240315 enter 20240315*
This enables a wildcard search, allowing partial matches to be found.
Note: This behavior is standard in Znuny, as the search function does not automatically perform partial matches unless a wildcard is used.
