Customer Survey

Hi,
we want to implement a customer survey in our system. I already installed the Survey package and it is working for now. The problem, that I have is that our znuny installation is only accessible from our internal network. So our customers cannot access our znuny webserver. It is also not planned to make znuny accessible from outside the company.
Is there a way to use just E-Mail for the surveys or do I have to look for an external tool?
