HI Team,
How can I change the ticket number format?
Now the ticket number is like Ticket#2025040389000386.
I want this to display as Queuename#ticketnumber
e.g., Sales#2025040389000386
Is this possible ?

Re: Ticket number format change
Hi,
No, this is not possible. The ticket hook is a system-wide setting.

Re: Ticket number format change
Hi,
actually you can display such a format. But Roy is correct.
For displaying you have to get the queue name, and the ticket number and combine it via a process transition action for example.
Works for Ticket Type as well.
Question, what is your idea or goal behind your question?
