Hello Community,
I managed to finally migrate my znuny 6.5.2 on CentOS 7 (upgraded from legacy OTRS) to 7.0 to 7.1.19 on Rocky Linux 9, and in the process transitioning from the otrs user to znuny at the same time. It took me two working days of trial and error, having to navigate the wide gaps in the upgrade instructions.
In my old system I used to have a control which allowed me to change the ticket state from "open" to "close", on the ticket note page (ticket -> Communication -> Note). Now this control is missing. I seem to have to use the Close button in the menu instead. That means a new ticket entry which, in my view, is unnecessary when the last journal entry (or note, article - call it whatever you like) is added.
How can I put it back?
Thank you.
Missing control for ticket state change on ticket note page after upgrade to 7.1

Hi,
You can adjust the ticket status by enabling, saving and deploying the following system configuration: Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketNote###State.
(See screenshot for reference)
Kind regards
