Hi, does anyone have an idea on how to set a default service if left empty? Ideally using Generic Agent? Reason behind this: If customers don't select a service, I want to assign a default service.

Hello!
I think that the easiest solution is to set Service as mandatory on the screen. Additionally you can use Znuny-AutoSelect extension -> if Service contains only one item it will be auto selected.
