Minor usability question: List of selectable agents on new ticket screens

When creating a new ticket, on the AgentTicketPhone screen, the agent can select who the ticket owner can be.
In my system, this preloads a few agents and offers a refresh button to load the rest.
I would like to preload more of the agents.
Is this a setting somewhere?

Hi,

AFAIK if your agents use the abo function they will appear in the list without refresh.
