How to manage FAQs in the public.pl?
I can't find anywhere to ADD/EDIT/REMOVE FAQs showd in in the public.pl? in my OTRS 2.4.7.
Anyone help me?

you'll find them in the Agent FAQ Interface. It is the Status (internal, external, public) of the FAQ Article

So it seems that you don't have permission to use the FAQ as agent. Assign your user to the faq group.
