Hi!
I'm trying to Hide SLA: and Queue Type: from the Customer FrontEnd on OTRS. I have read some posts about it and they do not recomment to use ACL. Could you please help me doing it setting an empty SLA and just 1 Queue by default?
Besides I have read about an entry on the SysConfig called OwnQueueSelection, but I cannot find it in OTRS 2.4.7 with ITSM 2.0.3.
Any help!? Please! Thanks...
