HEy everyone
I am trying to get the notification working just for myself
I have input all the information in the send mail framework to use smtp.gmail.com port 465 but when I create a ticket I get no email notification
under my user it is selected that yes I should get a new notification everytime I get a new ticket
I've seen on some posts that people are getting some logs but I don't know where to get the logs to figure out my problem
any help would nice
as I am very new to this otrs/simple help solution for remote support

Did you find the logs in Admin, System Log?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
