reminder notification.

hi?

am new to otrs and i guess there is something i dont understand about reminder notifications, i.e notifications for tickets in pending reminder state.
when does the system send this notifications? do i get notifications after the first notification if the ticket is still in the pending state? when i set a ticket to pending reminder with pending till of 24 hrs when will i get the notifications?

any help greatly appreciated.

yes. they are running. and i got a notification but the issue i have is when do i get this notification. and after the first notification do i get another one if the ticket is still on pending

Did you manage to solve your problem please?
I have a similar issue, where I want to enable notification en::Agent::PendingReminder when a ticket has reached its reminder time.

I want agents belonging to the queue to receive such notification.
Any help would be greatlyyy appreciated.
