Config Overview help

Hi, does anyone know how I can set up the config overview page to show any CIs that are in Warning or Incident state? Thanks

That's not possible without custom development

If I'm not mistaken, the states of CIs are not ment for live monitoring. It is just a tool to get info on relationships between CIs.
It would be great for example, if the system would set the state of a CI automatically, when for example a new incident ticket for this CI is generated.

You can set the state of CIs via System monitoring Module on incoming Incident Mails from Monitoring
