Email Problem

Hi,

I've just started using otrs and I setup my email account as IMAPS as I'm using google apps for email.

For some reason otrs collected all my messages as POP and so in my google email account I have 0 email.

Is there a way to backup the otrs raw messages section so I can then import it back into my email account.

Have you tried in the gmail setting ?

I'm sure there is an option about leaving mails in the server

Mails will always fetched completely from the server and there is no way back!
