Configuring OTRS 2.4.7 Windows with Exchange srv 2007

Hi All,

Attempting to configure OTRS 2.4.7 windows to send/receive mails through Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007. Currently using Exchange Server 2007. Any assistance is welcomed as the Admin manual is vague. Thanks

For fetching E-Mails you have to use POP3/S or IMAP/S for sending E-Mails SMTP or SSMTP.

Please enable your Exchange to use these standards.

Read your response, however I'm getting an error message. See attached screenshot.

Your imap on Exchange is not configured propperly or a firewall blocks the request...
