Hi Friends,
We have OTRS 2.0.2 in our linux box. We are planning to upgrade it to the latest version.However, i need the guide of pathway to upgrade the same without losing any of my configuration and database.
Can someone please help me with it.

You'll find it in the OTRS directory of the new otrs. So download the tar.gz and have a look in it

Hi all,
We are using OTRS 2.0.2 in our linux box. We have been using this from a long time and had never been upgraded since than.. We are planning now to upgrade it to the latest version of OTRS. However, as far as i am aware of it requires the Sequential upgrade.
I need help from you all to upgrade my existing OTRS 2.0.2 on Linux to the latest version. Also, I don't want to loose any of my data and configurations and etc.. Please guys help me on the same ASAP.
