Hi,
I'm now checking out OTRS 3.0 Beta2 on Fedora 13. Everything looks nice and works well except that it seems that I can't send outbound email from the ticket view. I have attacked screenshot about this as an attachment. I think there should be also Email Outbound next to button Phone Call Outbound... There are two drop down lists Reply and Reply All but I can't get outbound email fired from those.
Is this due to some configuration issue with email or what?
Any help would be grealy appreciated!

You gotta choose a reply template under 'reply'. If there's none, then you might have forgotten to add one in responses <-> queue.
