Hi,
I have setup a new OTRS with a mailbox IMAP and I have startup the the system, and I see that OTRS starts to download and delete the mails from the server but it doesn't create tickets.
I look in the Mysql DB but exist nothing.
The logs report the below messages:
Thu Sep 9 16:30:03 2010 error OTRS-PMAccount-10 IMAP: Can't process mail, see log sub system (/usr/share/otrs/var/spool/problem-email-3ae56dc3c5f498092eb36c900de52cc3, report it on http://bugs.otrs.org/)!
Thu Sep 9 16:30:03 2010 error OTRS-PMAccount-10 No PriorityID (invalid Priority Name?)!
Thu Sep 9 16:30:03 2010 error OTRS-PMAccount-10 No Priority for 3 normal found!
Someone knows how to help me?

Any chance you customized/changed your priority names?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
