I want to know if someone could help with this.
I want to link the ticket with a specific product. For example i am configuring OTRS to give support to different kind of electronic products (tvs, washing machines, etc) but i want to link the ticket with an specific TV like TV LCD Model X or TV LCD Model Y... is it any way to do it???
