can i add google map to OTRS 2.4.7?

Our company is using OTRS 2.4.7.I want to add google map to it .Can i do this .Is there any module or package for it.
Is is possible.Please guide me in this concern

There is a SysConfig-Setting (Frontend::CustomerUser::Item###1-GoogleMaps) where you can activate the 'Location'-Button. It is linked to google-maps and shows the location of the customer.
If you mean this (http://otrs.org/2.4/features/) Feature: I think this is just a dummy.
