want to stop sending mail in personal account

Hi

I have create customer, during creation of users, I have put gmail id for communication. I have put this id because when user forgot the password they can get a new password via this gmail id.

But problem is all ticket create, update ticket status and other mail also sent to that Id, I want to stop all these mail to that particular gmail ID.
Users are getting the ticket updates in customer login that's why I want to stop this. Please suggest for the same.
