is it possible to customize the dashboard w/ more fields ? I would like to display the Queue name, that way we can easily see that a ticket has been moved out of the RAW queue.

One more questions, exactly where do I put this code ? I don't understand the code at all to be able to make sense of where it shoudl go, I found the file and tried putting the code in several places around line 53 that looked right, but it did not change anything on the dashboard
