HI , I have installed OTRS 2.4 and ITSM 2.1 and have configured the thing as per guideline provided in manual underLDAP and backend database configuration.
Have installed NET::LDAP module also but receiving following error at the time of loading the home page.
"Can't locate object method "new" via package "Kernel::System::Auth" at C:/PROGRA~1/OTRS/OTRS//Kernel/System/Web/InterfaceAgent.pm line 570.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@somenet.com), giving this error message and the time and date of the error. "
