Hi
I was used to CTRL+Clicking 'Close' on several tickets in v2.0.1 and then closing them quickly from the newly opened window without losing track of the 'Queue' view. Upgrading to v3.0.4 was a bliss except now I am frequently annoyed by the following:
1. Until and unless the full page has loaded, clicking on any row/link etc doesn't work. Almost as though the page first loads fully before it recognizes any clicks. This is annoying when you have a slow connection as you have to wait for ages before page loads completely and before a 'click' actually works. For example I click on queue view and then on a particular queue thinking it'll load the 'queue' before the full queue view has loaded. It doesn't register my click. Same with any other page in OTRS.
2. I can't close a ticket from the main queue view without first clicking on the checkbox and then 'close' and then 'submit' on the main window. Please is there any way to just close a ticket with a single click from the main view?
3. I don't really like the new HTML compose plugin. It takes ages to load each time and slows you down tremendously. Is there a way to switch it off and go back to basic non-html compose pages?

Oh and the iPhone app is awesome!! Except one thing: I turned "iPhone::Frontend::AgentTicketClose###Note" to NO but the iPhone app still asks for a note and then for some reason even if you add a note it doesn't work.
